GD: Price Updater Pro | Shopify Bulk Price App
Update Shopify prices from a supplier spreadsheet, without retyping a thing.
GD: Price Updater Pro lets you upload a supplier’s Excel price list, match each row to your Shopify variants by SKU, preview exactly what will change, and update prices and compare-at prices across your catalogue in one go.
What it does
From supplier price list to live prices, with a safety check.
When a supplier sends new prices, the slow part is rarely the maths. It’s matching their spreadsheet to your products and not breaking anything. The app does the matching and shows you the problems before they reach your store.
01
Match by SKU
Supplier price lists in, Shopify variants matched.
Upload a supplier Excel price list, or a price workbook exported from Shopify, and the app matches each row to a variant by SKU. Your columns don’t need special names: you map the SKU, price and optional compare-at price columns yourself.

02
Preview before you commit
See the problems before they reach the store.
Before anything changes, the app shows matched, skipped, failed, duplicate and missing-SKU rows. A bad row becomes a line to check, not a wrong price on your website.

A Shopify bulk price app from a Shopify agency
GD: Price Updater Pro is one of three Shopify apps we publish, alongside GD: Wholesale Pro, which handles trade pricing and wholesale accounts, and GD: Inventory Sync Pro, which updates stock levels by SKU.
If price changes need to flow from an accounting system, ERP or supplier feed instead of a spreadsheet, see our Xero and Shopify integration, ERP integration and Shopify development pages. For the full process, read our guide to bulk updating Shopify prices from a supplier price list.
FAQ
Questions, answered.
What kind of file does it use?
A supplier Excel price list, or a price workbook exported from Shopify. You map the SKU column, the price column and, if you want it, the compare-at price column, so the spreadsheet doesn’t need a special layout.
Can I see the changes before they go live?
Yes. The app previews matched, skipped, failed, duplicate and missing-SKU rows before it updates anything, so you can correct the spreadsheet first.
Does it update compare-at prices as well?
Yes. It supports both Price and Compare-at Price, which is handy for sale preparation.
Can I back up my current prices first?
Yes. You can export your current Shopify pricing data to Excel for backup, review or analysis before you change anything.
How much does it cost, and is there a trial?
The current listing shows one plan at US$4.99 a month or US$49.99 a year, with a 14-day free trial. Check the App Store listing for the latest pricing.
What store data does the app access?
The listing sets out the access it requests, including viewing and editing products and collections, which it needs to update prices. Read the data access section of the listing, and our privacy policy, before you install.
Can you build something custom for our pricing?
Yes. Cost-plus formulas, currency conversion and automatic price feeds from other systems are custom work we can scope. See our Shopify development page or get in touch.
